Accommodation
In order to facilitate the conference participants to book hotels, the organizing committee has communicated with several hotels of different grades around the Hong Kong Science & Technology Park. These hotels have expressed their willingness to offer preferential prices to the conference participants and provide exclusive booking links.
The relevant information about the hotels is as follows.
- The hotels have not reserved rooms for the conference. All hotel reservation policies follow the principle of first come, first served. Participants can simply book rooms through the reservation link of each hotel by themselves!
- The room types and prices of each hotel are different. Please click "Booking your room now" to view the relevant room types and prices.
- The cancellation policies of each hotel are different. Therefore, please be sure to check the policies regarding cancellation and inclusion etc. when booking your room.
