Registration and Tutorial Fees
Participants who register before August 31, 2025, are eligible for the early-bird rate. The registration fees for different categories are listed below.

The conference registration fee includes admission to all sessions as well as to the daily coffee-breaks, lunches, welcome reception and the conference dinner*.
* The conference dinner will be held aboard the Oriental Pearl Cruise. Please note that seating is limited and dinner reservations will be confirmed only for delegates who have paid the registration fee. We strongly recommend completing your registration and payment as early as possible. Once the Oriental Pearl reaches full capacity, subsequent dinner reservations will be accommodated on an alternative cruise ship or at a local restaurant. The Local Organizing Committee (LOC) will provide further details once confirmed.
Notice (as of September 29, 2025)
The private ICPT 2025 Oriental Pearl Cruise on Victoria Harbour is now FULLY SUBSCRIBED. A waiting list is available; please note that placement on the list does not guarantee a spot. If you wish to be added in the waiting list, please email us at icpt2025@chinastargroup.com. All participants who have not completed registration and payment by the aforementioned date will be automatically assigned to the backup plan arranged by the LOC.
Notes:
- Payment for registration including bank charges and processing fees. Payments will be processed in HKD (Hong Kong Dollars). Attendees are responsible for any currency exchange fees and discrepancies.
- Registration is NOT completed until full payment has been received. Registration deadline is determined by the Payment Date, NOT the registration date.
Payment by Credit Card
Visa, MasterCard, and JCB cards are accepted. It will be billed in Hong Kong Dollars and exchanged to your local currency during your online payment authorization. Consequently, the amount charged to your account may vary due to the fluctuation in exchange rates.
Confirmation
The confirmation letter will be sent to you by email when you complete the registration and pay the registration fee.
Cancellation Policy
In case of canceling registration, the registrant should apply by written letter to conference secretariat icpt2025@chinastargroup.com
- If the registration cancellation is made before August 1, 2025, no cancellation fee will be charged.
- If the registration cancellation is made from August 1 to September 20, 2025, 50% of total paid registration fee will be charged as cancellation fee.
- The registration fee will not be refundable if the registration cancellation is made after September 20, 2025.
* Additional bank handling fee should be borne by the registrant for the refund.
Privacy Declaration
The Privacy Policy applies to all information that ICPT 2025 collects when you register for participation. The collected information is used for the conference organization ONLY.
